I started these virtual workouts during the Corona Virus Pandemic as a way for me to get off the couch and workout everyday. These workouts HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE because I have to show up in order for my friends old and new to workout as well! I also started these workouts so people could experience what I experienced with Title Boxing and to give them a chance to fall in love with or fall back in love with boxing. These workouts will not last forever. In fact they will last until I feel like it is safe for me to go back to my normal Title Boxing Club. After the workouts end I encourage you to FIND A TITLE BOXING CLUB NEAR YOU or JOIN TITLE BOXING'S ON DEMAND!

5. I give an overview of the workout and some tips
6. I screen share a workout from a Title Boxing Club Facebook Page that happened
earlier that day or earlier that week.

WHY BOXING?
In July 2019 I started boxing with Title Boxing in Burlington and Woburn Massachusetts. At that time I was 220 lbs. In 5 weeks of boxing everyday and eating a boxer's diet I lost 22 lbs. I have lost a lot more weight since then and I have become stronger, faster and more mobile. I can play with my kids, look at myself in a mirror and be more confident wearing clothes.
